Description

Huáng Dí is the third planet in the Huáng system. It is primarily a large ocean with a few hundred islands, many of them volcanic. Many of these islands are "built-up" as the Huáng Dí Empire has thrived on the planet for countless generations.

History

The Huáng Dí Empire controlleded and controled the planet for all of known history. The empire is ruled by an emperor, which is chosen from the royal family of Huáng. The Huáng Dí Empire controls 438 of the 472 islands on the planet. Their army is large and they have a space armada. Their space age is still in its first steps, but quickly progressing. The islands that are not under control by the empire, have few inhabitants, resources, or strategical value, and have peaceful relations with the empire.
The Huáng Dí Empire is, of course, an Imperialistic world. They believe that they have the right to all the planets in their system. They have colonized New Huáng Dí and control the trade, and to some extent the life styles, of the citizens who live on the moons of Munjo.

New Sub-Species
The humans of Huáng Dí are genetically and physically the same as humans throughout the galaxy. However, the humans of Huáng Dí get certain bonuses due to their upbringing. These bonuses apply only to those born and raised on the planet.

  • +2 Species Bonus to Swim, and Pilot when piloting oceanic vessels. The humans of Huáng Dí live on a planet that is primarily ocean, and are adept at swimming and controling oceanic vessels.

This postcard from Huáng Dí isn't the only one coming from the Huáng Dí system. Keep coming back to Star Wars Roleplaying Resources to see more of this system, and the powerful Huáng Dí Empire!
